Christmas time is officially upon us. Now it is time to start decorating our homes to fit the season.
Let’s Start with the front door.
You can never have too much greenery when it comes to Christmas Decor. My advice for the perfect Christmas front door would be to get a small artificial or real Christmas tree and place it in the corner of your porch. Not only will this look beautiful to all those driving by, but it will make for the perfect photo. Be sure to hang some string lights of your choice with any other decorations you feel to add your own personal flair.
Grab a green wreath for your front door also. There are endless options of green wreaths to choose from, you could Get a plain one for a nice simple, less is more look, or even go all out with some berries, sparkles, etc.
Lastly, the finishing touch, a doormat. Head to your local store like Target, Walmart, Home Depot, etc., and pick up your favorite holiday door mat.
Whether you have a foyer with high ceilings or not, you can never go wrong with wrapping an evergreen garland around your staircase. This will completely transform your staircase, and your guests are guaranteed to love it. For some added detail add berries, fruit, nuts, and more to the garland.
Place an evergreen garland around your mantle. Creativity is up to you on this. You can add things like Christmas bows, fruit, berries, and anything else you can think of. On top of the mantle feel free to add some of your personal items. Things like family photos, or even just decor like candles, reindeer, or mini Christmas trees would make a great finishing touches.
Dress up your dining room table with a scheme of green to match your evergreen theme this season. Having a beautiful table setting will leave your guests speechless at your holiday dinner. Start off with a centerpiece of your choice. This can include candle sticks, a garland, or table runner. Feel free to get creative with this. Next fold your cloth napkins in a shape of your choice and place on the table with silverware, plates, and cups.
